Seasonal Influenza Vaccine is available at Campus Health Services. For your convenience, CHS is offering a walk-in seasonal Influenza vaccine clinic on December 3, 2009 from 1:00p - 4:00p in the Campus Health Services. Cost of the seasonal flu shot is $25.00.

If unable to make the walk-in clinic, please schedule an appointment in the CHS Immunization Clinic. Please note the CHS supply of seasonal influenza vaccine is limited. To schedule an appointment in the CHS Immunization Clinic, call 966-2281 and follow the voice prompts.
