Anna Lock, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist who has been at Counseling and Psychological Services since August 2017. She previously worked as a staff psychologist at Loyola Marymount University and as the Director of Clinical Training at Behavioral Associates Los Angeles. Dr. Lock received her master’s degree at Harvard University and her doctorate at Pepperdine University. She is a Diplomate and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Dr. Lock specializes in providing empirically-supported treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP). Her professional areas of interests include anxiety and mood disorders, chronic pain, chronic illness, and women's health issues. Dr. Lock is committed to serving the veteran population and has been active in developing and facilitating workshops on student veteran reintegration and resilience to mental health and university-based professionals.
