Support Group for Asian-American Students

This group provides a confidential space for you to share about the experiences, joys, and challenges that come with identifying as Asian-American. This group is for undergraduate students, graduate & professional students, and post-docs. This space allows you to discuss topics that may not be talked about as much with peers, friends, and family. Some themes could include: pressure from family, comparison to peers, questioning your path, imposter syndrome, managing school stress, school/work/life balance, cultural expectations, relationships, perfectionism, and self-care. Our goal is to foster connection and affirm and validate struggles. Please submit a group interest form if you are interested in participating.
If you are an Asian international student, CAPS has an international student group that is a better fit for you to consider as a group option.
