Intersections: A QTPOC Support Group

Students play with a rainbow parachute on the quad

This group welcomes all Black, Indigenous and POC students on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum and those who are questioning. The purpose of this space is to value, nurture, respect, and celebrate QTPOC students at UNC. This group will offer culturally specific healing, foster connection, and affirm the challenges that QTPOC students experience as a result of their intersectional identities.

This group requires an initial assessment at CAPS. The therapist will help to schedule you for a brief screening appointment with the group facilitators who will share more about group and help determine if this group might be the right fit for you.
