  • This group is designed for those feeling isolated, socially anxious, experiencing burnout, or dealing with perfectionism.
  • The Tabletop Circle welcomes individuals eager to enhance their social confidence or explore games as a tool for personal development.
  • Participants will engage in weekly 90-minute sessions featuring a variety of engaging tabletop games such as The Mind, Forbidden Island, Dixit, and Dungeons & Dragons One-Shots.
  • Each session will include facilitated discussions that connect the gameplay experiences to real-life coping strategies, providing valuable insights and practical skills for mental health. No prior gaming experience is required—just bring yourself and an open mind.

This group requires a brief pre-group screening meeting to see that the group will adequately address your reasons for coming to the group. Use the group interest form with questions or to express interest about this group to the facilitators
