Taming Your Inner Critic
Do you struggle with harsh Inner Critics that interfere with your ability to lead the life you want to lead? Join us in a safe and healing space to find out why you have those Inner Critics, identify the Wounded Parts they are trying to protect and begin healing those Wounded Parts, so the Critics can relax and back off. In this experiential group, we draw on techniques from Internal Family Systems, Mindful Self-Compassion, DBT, EMDR and other modalities to help you on this journey.
This group requires an initial assessment at CAPS. The therapist will help you schedule a brief screening interview to see that the group will adequately address your reasons for coming to the group.
