This group is designed for all of us who struggle with a harsh inner critic. Learn to treat yourself with the same warmth and kindness you would offer a close friend, especially in times of struggle. We will share and practice exercises designed to build self-compassion and self-regard. Please note this group requires a brief group orientation meeting with the group facilitators to provide information about the group and answer any questions. Use the group interest form to receive information about the orientation meeting.
