First time visits to CAPS do not need an appointment. After that visit, you’ll reserve time for a scheduled appointment.
Please contact CAPS at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you must reschedule or cancel your visit by calling 919-966-3658.
Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours will result in a $25.00 fee. If your appointment is with a psychiatric medication provider, the fee is $65.00.
