This group is designed for all of us who struggle with a harsh inner critic. Learn to treat yourself with the same warmth and kindness you would offer a close friend, especially in times of struggle. We will share and practice exercises designed to build self-compassion and self-regard. Open enrollment, no experience necessary.

All students may engage in all group therapy environments. To join a group, students first meet with a CAPS therapist in a one-on-one setting to determine which group(s) might best support their needs.
