Graduating students currently eligible for services will only be able to use CAPS for 30 days after the original academic calendar graduation on December 13, 2026, meaning they are eligible for services through January 12th. This includes onsite visits as well as telehealth services.
During this transition period your CAPS therapist will be happy to work with you to explore possible provider options in the local community.
A complete copy of your medical record can be sent to your new provider of care by completing the Release of Information form.
