CAPS offers a variety of support groups, groups focused on communication
and relating to others, and workshop-style groups which teach specific
skills. Below is the full list of therapy groups offered at CAPS.
Koru: An Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation
Meets: Fridays 3:30 — 4:45 pm
