Online Mental Health Screening Available

Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a behavioral health professional. Think of these as a checkup from your neck up. This program is completely anonymous and confidential, and immediately following the brief questionnaire you will see your results, recommendations, and key resources.

The screening begins by asking questions about the user, and any history of treatment for mental health conditions. Then it asks about the following topics:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Substance Use
  • Eating disorders

The self-assessment tool does not diagnosis mental health illness, but offer information that can aims support users based on symptoms they may be experiencing.
