Year One Clinical Expectations
- Individual Brief Therapy & Group Therapy: 15 hours per week
- Referral Coordination: 3 hours per week
- Triage/Walk-In appointments: 4 hours per week
- Outreach: At least 2 events per year
- Documentation, phone calls, emails: Varies, but approximately 10 hours of administrative time is granted per week for these and other duties
Year One Training Expectations
- Individual Supervision: 2 hours per week
- Triage Supervision (in a group): 1 hour per week
- Fellows Team: 1 hour per week
- Group Case Conference: 1 hour per week
- Seminar: 1 hour per week
- Referral Coordination Supervision: .5 hours per week
- Staff Meeting: 1.5 hours per week, twice per month
