Retrain Your Brain is a self-paced online educational workshop designed to help you better understand your emotions and give you the skills you need to break free from your anxiety and improve your mood. In the videos and modules, participants will learn tools for tolerating emotional distress and responding to unhelpful thoughts and behaviors in healthy and productive ways.
The online education begins with several introductory videos, followed by the digital e-learning modules on Emotional Awareness, Distress Tolerance, Cognitive Appraisal/Reappraisal, and Behavioral Change.
